Cancellation Policy

We try to keep cancelling and rescheduling as simple as possible. Here is how it works for short-term stays.
1. Free cancellation
Cancellation is free when you tell us at least 7 days before check-in. No charge applies in that case.
2. Late cancellation and no-show
For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, the cost of the first night may be charged. For a no-show without notice, the first night is charged.
3. Changing dates
Rescheduling is possible subject to availability — just message us in advance and we will try to find a date that works.
4. How to cancel
To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp or at hello@brizbatumi.com with your dates and apartment.
5. Payment and refunds
No online prepayment is taken at the moment, so in most cases a cancellation simply releases the dates. When prepayment is introduced, the refund terms will be shown at booking.
6. Long-term stays
For monthly and long-term rentals, cancellation terms are agreed individually in the rental agreement.
