1. Data controller

2. What we collect

Data you give us: your name, phone number, email and the content of your messages when you send an inquiry via a form, a messenger or email.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs needed to run and secure the site. The site uses only technically necessary files; there are no advertising or analytics trackers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to answer inquiries, arrange bookings and provide services. For EU guests, the GDPR bases are performance of a contract, your consent, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

4. Sharing

We share data with partners only as far as needed to deliver a service you requested (for example, a transfer driver). Data is technically processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Messaging is governed by the respective platforms' policies (WhatsApp, Telegram).

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and obtain a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@brizbatumi.com.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

8. Applicable law

Processing follows Georgian personal-data-protection law, and for visitors from the EU, the GDPR.
