The beach below the Botanical Garden: bamboo and eucalyptus overhead, a quiet cove below, and not a single loud bar.
Green Cape (Mtsvane Kontskhi) is Batumi's northern edge, where the Botanical Garden's slope runs straight into the sea. The beach is smaller and quieter than the city one — people come for the calm water of the cove, the green shade and the view of the cape that named the place.
It pairs naturally with the Botanical Garden — the lower entrance opens almost onto the beach. Cafés are few, so bring your own snacks.
